With 30+ years of expertise, I specialize in organizational development, governance training, and strategic planning across healthcare and education sectors. My background in conflict management enables me to strengthen leadership and organizational effectiveness through proven facilitation techniques.
Starting in healthcare with a focus on community-based services, I expanded to education in 1999 by joining the California School Boards Association (CSBA). My approach centers on the belief that groups function as interconnected systems, where success depends on relationships and trust rather than individual performance.
